If you are a not a 2008 BAMFT Subscription-Holder, please

registration form,
complete, and mail with payment to BAMFT, P.
O. Box 291341, Davie, Florida 33329-1341.
Most workshops and programs are included in the 2008 BAMFT
Workshop Subscription. If you would like to subscribe,
print the
subscription form,
complete, and mail with payment to
BAMFT. Check out the

and speakers.
Registration for non-subscription-holders for most workshops
is $45.00 (but subject to vary, so please confirm the cost
of the specific workshop you wish to attend).
Registration for students and interns who are
non-members is $20.00.
BAMFT offers CEUs for designated workshops. Workshops are
approved by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work,
Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
(Provider #BAP-880 Exp. 3/2009).
Full attendance at the program is required. Certificates are
awarded to participants at the conclusion of the workshop.
CEUs are then reported directly to CE Broker on behalf of
participants.
